  2. When going walking or jogging, take your dog with you, or try get your child to come with you. By doing that, they will get used to you taking them every day or two, so you have to do it.

  4. Listenening to music while you workout can help keep it interesting, relaxing and fun.  If you don't like the music they play at your gym, buy a personal stereo and play your own music at  your own volume.
  5. Don't worry so much about how you look, but more about how you feel. Dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothes that are made for working out. If you decide to wear a tracksuit keep shorts and T-shirt underneath, so you can take the tracksuit off when you get hot.
  6. Write a log to show your fitness improvement. This will help you to see your progress and will help you to set goals for yourself, and cheer you up to do more and to improve yourself.
  7. Take care of your feet. Wear comfortable shoes that can breathe and offer support. You may want to consider a special pair of shoes you've set aside just for exercising. Wearing sports socks will also reduce the risk of blisters.
  8. You must feel good while exercising, buying a good looking outfit for your exercises will improve your self-esteem, because when you feel you look good, you can exercise well.
